Privacy notice
This notice explains how Aimedis processes the health data you provide during onboarding. It is the wording your consent refers to (version 2026-07-10).
Who is responsible
Aimedis is the controller for the data you enter here. Contact details and the full corporate privacy policy are available in Aimedis Care.
What we process
Account data (email, optional name), your chosen access PIN (stored only as a cryptographic hash), and the health information you enter: conditions, risk factors, allergies, medication, contacts, insurance, concerns and goals.
Why we process it
To create your patient record, hand your entries to Aimedis Care for your review, and make your intake available to practitioners you personally authorize with your ID and PIN. Legal basis: your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)).
AI assistance
If you use the AI assist, the text you type is processed by our AI provider to suggest structured entries and to generate a clinical summary. Suggestions are only saved after you confirm them.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored encrypted in the European Union. Nothing you type leaves your device before you submit — drafts stay in your browser and expire after 7 days.
Who can see it
Only you — and practitioners to whom you personally give your Aimedis ID and PIN. Every access is logged and visible to you in Aimedis Care. Your PIN expires after 90 days.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, export your data, and request correction or deletion at any time in Aimedis Care. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.
